AIRPORT – BENTOTA APPROX 35 MINUTES DRIVE

DAY 02

BENTOTA – GALLE – BENTOTA

After Breakfast Day Excursion to Galle. En route enjoy a Boat ride on Madu River and visit a Turtle Hatchery. Afternoon commence Galle City Tour including the Galle fort, The Dutch Museum and the Dutch Church. Gall Fort – A UNESCO World Heritage Site, an exotic old trading port blessed with imposing Dutch-colonial buildings, ancient mosques and churches, grand mansions and museums. Wandering its rambling lanes you’ll pass stylish cafes, quirky boutiques and impeccably restored hotels owned by local and foreign artists, writers, photographers and designers. Travel back to Bentota Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at – Bentota

DAY 03

BENTOTA – COLOMBO

After Breakfast leave for Colombo. Afternoon commence City Tour of Colombo & Shopping. Check-in at the hotel & rest of the day leisure. Colombo – A drive through the city taking you to the busy commercial areas as well as the tree-lined residential, Cinnamon Gardens. Visit Fort, the former British administrative center and military garrison, Sea Street - the Goldsmith's quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area, where is also a Hindu Temple with elaborate stone carvings and the Dutch Church of Wolfendhal dating back to 1749. The historic Dawatagaha Mosque and the former Eye Hospital are two buildings in Cinnamon Gardens worth looking at. Also visit the BMICH, see the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Square.
