User Agreement
Access to and use of the Journeyline Travels website is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
By using the www.journeylinetravels.com website or communicating with Journeyline Travels for the purposes of travel arrangements, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that you have read and fully accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are designed for the protection of all parties involved.
Final Payment
The balance of payment for your travel arrangements, if any, must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival in Sri Lanka; otherwise, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you
Methods of Payment
Payments for deposits and final monies for Travel Arrangements may be made either by;
Bank transfer or credit card. (Visa and Master Card)
- If paid by bank transfer any charges arising outside Sri Lanka should be borne by the remitter.
- If paying by credit card a secure internet payment gateway facility is available
- If paying by credit or debit card through the secure internet online payment gateway
- Your payments are processed entirely on the Secure Payment Sites operated by Sampath Bank for Master and Visa card payments
- Payments are accepted in United States Dollars (USD) and Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
- If you fail to meet the payment deadlines stated to you, we reserve the right to cancel your tentative and will inform you of this
Reservation Terms & Conditions
All prices are provided in United States dollars (USD) and Payments are accepted in United States Dollars (USD) and Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) only
- Full payment is required before 30 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your travel arrangements by You must be notified to us in writing, and will take effect the day we receive it. The following Penalties will apply dependent upon the number of days before your travel arrangements commence:
- Less than 10 days and no-shows: 100% charge on the full stay based on the booked arrangement
- 10 to 16 days and no-shows: 75% charge on the full stay based on the booked arrangement
- 6 to 28 days and no-shows: 50% charge on the full stay based on the booked arrangement
- Up to 28 days before arrival: No charge.
Refund Policy:
Once payments are made any applicable refunds will be credited only to the card used for payment. No third party refunds will be made under any circumstances.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically. Your continued use of the website following any changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
